In the years between WWI and WWII, the world was in tumult. Wars, insurgencies, and insurrections did not end after the Great War, but actually intensified, however on a much smaller scale than WWI. It is important to note that WWII was basically a continuation of WWI with some fundamental differences and shifts in Alliances. It was as if WWI had simply been put on pause because of the sheer amount of casualties and money spent, and because everyone was tired of war. There were still scores to settle and old hatreds burning. In part two of this four part examination of the imminent war with Syria and possibly the World, we will briefly go over the years between WWI and WWII, WWII very briefly, and the beginning of the Cold War, and all the wars by proxy afterward, and how that has contributed and led up to the breaking point that we are at now.
Early on, there was a strong push by communists inside Germany, too. Red Socialism was sweeping Europe, particularly Eastern Europe. The “Spartacist” communist revolt was attempted in Berlin in January, 1919. It was quickly squashed by German forces, but a new type of radicalism was starting to grow among Germany’s youth and angry veterans of the first World War. But it would be a time before the Nazis were formed officially.
The German National Assembly met at Weimar in 1919. A couple of months later, the Treaty of Versailles is submitted to the German delegation by the Allies. Something to note: Hitler had always felt that the armistice was severe in the conditions that the treaty imposed on Germany, saying that it was far more brutal than what Germany had imposed on the Soviet Union after it withdrew from WWI. Regardless, the German authorities ended up signing the treaty nonetheless, but Hitler later used this to his advantage as one of his main arguments and rallying cries for hostilities to begin in what ultimately became WWII.
On the Central Powers side of things (Germany, Austria-Hungary), Germany’s national pride, stature, territory, and pocketbook took a crushing blow, suffering staggering loses in all aspects of its existence, while Austria loss massive amounts of territory, and Hungary became independent.
On the Allies side of things went the spoils of war, but not everyone was happy. America, Britain, and France got the lions share, while Japan and Italy walked away feeling cheated, having seem very little of the spoils. It is important to point out that it took the Allies six months to agree with one another what their treaty demands were on the Central Powers. Much of it was because they could not easily agree on who got what from the victory of the Great War. When they finally decided, Britain, America, and France made an unofficial alliance inside the Allies, and backed each other in agreement, forcing Italy and Japan to accept much less than the other three. This was not forgotten by Italy and Japan and they felt used. Russia was excluded because of the fall of the Russian Empire, the murder of the Tsars, and the forming of the Soviet Union by the Bolshevik Communists, which withdrew from the war and signed a treaty with Germany. Serbia, which seemed small in comparison to all that was going on then, became Yugoslavia.
Here is where it gets very interesting. Among the spoils of war was all the territory that used to be the Ottoman Empire, that Britain controlled for the most part, but also America and France, and that territory consisted of all the of the modern-day Middle East, North Africa, and parts of Southern Europe, all of which are oil-rich, and worth immeasurable wealth. Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, all of these and the rest of the Middle East were a part of the Ottoman Empire at one time.
Here comes the connecting of a lot of dots, my point, and the culmination of everything that was fomenting during that 21 years in between WWI and WWII.
Right now, if you don’t already know, I want you to ask yourself,“What is the connection between the Muslim Brotherhood, Hitler, and Nazis? Well, I am about to tell you, and there is a lot more history there than people know. Other than the fact that both the Nazi’s and the Muslim Brotherhood hate America and Israel, there is much more to their relationship than meets the eye.
By a show of hands, how many here know that the Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928, 10 years after the fall of the Ottoman Empire? They were founded in Egypt in 1928 by a 22-year old Muslim man named Hassan al-Banna, who also happened to be a great admirer of Adolf Hitler’s, and who wrote to Hitler regularly expressing an equal hatred for the Jews. One of the main tenants of the Muslim Brotherhood is the domination of the world by Islam as well as the urging of its followers to liberate Palestine and restore Jerusalem.
I do not believe in coincidence, so I will say “interestingly” when describing this next bit of information.
Interestingly enough, the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or NAZIS, was founded just 9 years earlier in Germany. A young Adolf Hitler took power over the Nazi Party in 1921 at the young age of 32. The Nazi Party was well-known from its inception for the promotion of German Pride and its Anti-Semitism (hating Jews). The Nazis other ambitions were to right the perceived wrongs of the Treaty or Versailles, signed when the German’s surrendered in defeat in WWI, which they felt unfairly burdened Germany with poverty and political instability due to economic depression suffered from having to make reparations for the war. The Nazis other goal was to foster German nationalism in order to cope with shame of having lost a World War.
So, what else did Hitler and al-Banna have in common other than coming to power at very young ages of influential political groups, a hatred for Jews, a taste for intolerant fascism, and insanity? The answer to that is the root of their hate for the Jews and a taste for vengeance against the West, of course. Both men blamed the Jews for conspiring with the enemies of Germany and the Ottoman Empire (the two main nations and enemies of the Allies during WWI), and for the defeat of their respective ideologies and the loss of WWI. And both men blamed the Allies of WWI for a great many hardships that both Germany, her allies, and much of the Middle East had to endure due to the destruction of the Ottoman Empire.
There was a third major player in all of this. He was the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and his name was Haj Amin al-Husseini. He started out as an artillery officer for Turkish forces during WWI and was wounded. Later, he was part of the Arab uprising against the Ottoman Empire from 1916-1918. Afterward he became a political activist who was overtly anti-Semitic and active in fighting the Jewish immigration into Palestine (originally Israel, that was restored as the Israeli nation after WWII), and also becoming one of the first modern terrorists, inciting violence of Arabs against Jews. The British rulers of the Palestinian territory pursued al-Husseini, but he escaped to the Trans-Jordan before he could be caught. His older brother was originally the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, but died while al-Husseini was on the run. In a twist of fate, the British rulers appointed al-Husseini as the new Grand Mufti of Jerusalem in his brother’s place to stem Arab revolt, even though he was a wanted man. Regardless of this fortunate event foral-Husseini, he still bitterly hated the British and the Jews, aligning him with Adolf Hitler’s Nazis and al-Banna’s Muslim Brotherhood. Arabs and Palestinian’s began to look to al-Husseini for leadership. Mohammed “Haj” Amin al-Husseini and Hassan al-Banna became friends and allies, and both were sought out by the Nazis for help. After falling out of favor with the British again after the assassination of a British official, al-Husseini was deposed, and fled one again. Guess where Haj Amin al-Husseini ended up living? He was a guest of Adolf Hitler’s of course, and lived in Berlin under the protection of the SS from 1941-1945. Mohammed “Haj” Amin al-Husseini later became one of the Muslim Brotherhood’s most well-known leaders.
Hitler, Hassan al-Banna, and Haj Amin al-Husseini decided that they had so many mutual interests that Hitler and al-Husseini should meet and form an alliance before and during WWII. While I cannot ascertain what year the images associated with the attached links were taken in, they are nonetheless important pieces of historical evidence of the connection between the Nazis, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Haj Amin al-Husseini.
The two agreed to help each other. Hitler’s Nazis and Germany would fund and equip the Muslim Brotherhood, in return the Muslim Brotherhood would set up spy networks for the Nazis throughout the Arabian Peninsula, would assassinate Egyptian officials and any opposition to Germany, and promised to help ambush and kill all British troops when General Rommel and his Panzer Division arrived Egypt. Initially, the Muslim Brotherhood was contacted by Nazi Intelligence and solicited for cooperation between the two groups. Later, after al-Husseini and Hitler met and solidified their alliance, two Waffen SS Handschar Divisions were established that were composed of 20,000 Muslims who volunteered to fight for the Nazis and killed Jews in Croatia and Hungary. The photos attached to this in hyper-link show not only the Grand Mufti and Hitler meeting, but also his inspection of the Waffen SS Handschar Divisions with Heinrich Himmler right behind him, who was the Commander of all Waffen Schutzstaffel Nazi Divisions. (Note- Handschar is German for Scimitar, the curved swords used by Muslims in the Ottoman Empire).
Adolf Hitler allegedly died on April 30th, 1945 of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his Berlin, Germany bunker as the world collapsed around him. Hassan al-Banna was assassinated on February 12, 1949 in Cairo, Egypt. Mohammed “Haj” Amin al-Husseini, however, escaped a French detention camp after WWII and fled to Cairo, Egypt, where he led the Muslim Brotherhood and waged a terrorist war against the Jews until he died in Beirut, Lebanon in 1974, which just also happens to be a base for Syrian and Iranian funded Hezbollah to carry out attacks against Israel and other targets in the Middle East from Lebanon, so Syria and Iran can keep their hands and images clean, while enforcing their ideologies throughout the Middle East. Syria has been deeply involved in Lebanon’s affairs and has intentionally kept Lebanon unstable, so that the Hezbollah terrorist group can stay entrenched there.
You can still see the effects of the Fascist Nazi ideology at work today in the Middle East, especially among the Hezbollah and Hamas terrorist organizations. The Muslim Brotherhood was the main Mujahedeen Armies in the fight against the Soviets in Afghanistan. After the war, factions of the Muslim Brotherhood split, one became Al-Qaeda, headed by Osama Bin-Laden.
The sale of Adolf Hitler’s autobiography, Mein Kampf (My Struggle) is the #6 best-seller in the Muslim world to this date. These are the same people President Barack Hussein Obama is supporting, funding, and arming in Egypt known as the Muslim Brotherhood. Can it be any clearer as to what we are facing? What do all of these people have in common? They are fascist enemies of America.
As I mentioned earlier, we are not going to spend a lot of time on WWII as it is probably the most well-known, most talked about, most documented war we ever in, and also the most pivotal, defining, and massive event in the annals of recorded history. We know a vast amount of information about it and there is nothing that I can add here that is going to impact the story. If I tried to write about all that transpired in the time between the two world wars and trying to sift through all the history of WWII, I would be writing so long that I would look up from my computer to see on the news that the impending WWIII because of an attack on Syria is already over, and somehow I survived unscathed. So, I will summarize WWII for you.
Hitler, regardless of his reasons and motivations, was at his core a twisted man and a black spirit; a sociopath bent on the destruction of everything, and at the end of the day, he only wanted to watch the world be destroyed and consumed by fire. Even if Hitler would have have defeated the Allies, he would not have stopped. He would have kept going and would have even turned on his own allies, devouring everything until nothing was left. No matter how you cut it, Hitler would have ended up eating a bullet alone in a bunker with Eva Braun. That was his fate. When there was nothing left to conquer or destroy, he would have destroyed himself, no matter which way history would have went. He was a deeply disturbed man psychologically, a sexual deviant, and an occultist.
Not to disregard any of these things, but you had the two big outcomes of WWII: The Holocaust and the Atomic Bombs dropped on Japan.
With Germany’s, Japan’s, and Italy’s defeat by the Allies in WWII, the Middle East and North Africa were split up again among the Allies (America, Britain, France, Russia, and China) this time, with more influence and power gained by America. We were now the very young, but undisputed heavy-weight champion of the world. The power shifted again. WWII ended, the nation of Israel was reestablished as the Jewish Homeland, the Cold War set in between America/West and Soviet Russia/China, and the Middle East became a hot bed of conflict (not that is has ever been anything but that) because of Israel’s reformation.
Once again, the world, even the powerful, were tired of war on a global scale, the cost was too high in all aspects, and the horror of the power of the nuclear bomb gave everyone second thoughts of continuing hostilities. So, we put everything on pause, and instead of fighting a shooting war with Russia and China, we all sat back and figuratively stared each other down in a Mexican Standoff, with nuclear weapons pointed at one another, and a signed pact between the three nations of Mutually Assured Destruction for the entire world, should any of the three attack the other. Our three nations learned that while Armageddon would commence if we engaged each other openly and directly, that we could fight each other by proxy through surrogates, whether knowingly or unwittingly. Why would America, Russia, and China, who were part of the “Big 5” Allies in WWII and fought together against the Axis of Germany, Italy, and Japan, so quickly become enemies and have such hatred and fear of one another? The answer is that we were never friends, but “Allies” by necessity. Any alternative was better than what Hitler wanted for the world. Do you see a pattern forming? History keeps repeating itself, yet we fail to realize it, or are too afraid to follow through.
God once told the Israelites that they must wipe out their enemies, down to every man, woman, and child if they are going to war with them, and not to take a goat, a donkey, nor gold or silver as spoils, or their enemies would be a thorn in their side forever. Israel did not listen, we have not listened, and now we have this burden that unfortunately cannot seem to be settled without World War III or God’s return. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that those two events will be closely related.
There is an old saying, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Politics and war makes for strange bedfellows. Look at who we are helping, look at history. We have to fight the real enemy, who is the Enemy himself.
We will discuss the Cold War in our third installment of this series of articles next time. Until then, stay tuned, and stay alert.

New International Version (NIV)
The Valley of Dry Bones
37 The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.3 He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”
I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”
4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a]enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.
9 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
11 Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’”
One Nation Under One King
15 The word of the Lord came to me: 16 “Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, ‘Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, ‘Belonging to Joseph (that is, to Ephraim) and all the Israelites associated with him.’ 17 Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.
18 “When your people ask you, ‘Won’t you tell us what you mean by this?’ 19 say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim’s hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah’s stick. I will make them into a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.’ 20 Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on 21 and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding,[b] and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.
24 “‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. 25 They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever.26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.27 My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.28 Then the nations will know that I the Lord make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever.’”
God Bless You.
